John Fudge
Team Leader
John is the founder and leads the team. His passion is to see people come fully alive as they enable the next generation to flourish.
John has spent 21 years learning ministry and helping Christian leaders develop excellent ways of working with under 18's in the UK and around the world.
He is married to Ange and has four grown up children Naomi, Aidan, Solomon and Reuben.
Phil Hulks
River Lead
With many years experience of developing life changing mission trips for young people, both in the UK and overseas, Phil is helping Amor Europe to develop new mission experiences that serve our partners overseas and transform the lives of those taking part.
With a passion to see mission flow out of a fresh encounter with God - surrendering to Jesus, experiencing the love of the Father and being filled with the Holy Spirit, Phil brings much of his own personal journey into what he does.
Phil is married to Rosa, and they have one son, Ben, who is married to Nikki, and a most wonderful little grandson called Luke.
Elaine Little
Elaine is delighted to be leading the health and sanitation programs. Having lived in Mexico for over 7 years she has seen first-hand the life changing transformation a simple pragmatic intervention makes to families in the name of Jesus.
She is also passionate about mobilising others to fulfil their God given purpose to serve others, and to see lives fully awake to Jesus and His mission.
Elaine is married to Paul, and they have four fantastic grown-up sons, three daughter-in laws and five grandchildren.

Dawn is the Finance Lead and looks after the administration of the House Building

Ray King
EQUIP Lead
Ray is responsible for creating and developing our EQUIP partnerships globally. He has over 25 years experience of working with young people and a passion for training others. He has a heart for the poor and a desire to see the church equipped to work effectively with the next generation.
Originally from East London, Ray brings a wealth of knowledge in relation to working with young people from his time as a youth worker. He has a passion for cross-cultural mission and has had the privilege of training youth and children's workers in over a dozen countries. A life-long West Ham fan, Ray is married with two children and four grandchildren.
Pablo Stockley
Resources Lead
Pablo's primary role is to oversee the development of Amor Europe's training materials.
He has a passion for developing theologically informed resources for practitioners on the frontline. In addition to his work with us he serves a number of other charities working with children, in challenging circumstances.
Whenever Pablo is not occupied with his many roles for Amor Europe and others he mentors some teenagers as a youth pastor at a "church in a shack" in North Croydon.
Molly Fowlie
Molly is responsible for our BUILD programmes, providing safe and secure houses for the poorest families around the world.
Molly has a heart for young people, love in action and justice. She is a High school Technical teacher in Scotland and works leading our BUILD team.
Molly started her journey with Amor Europe as a youth participant herself and has seen the transforming impact these trips and experiences can bring to her own life, and is passionate about seeing this in other young people globally.
