The RIVER retreat​
A 4-day retreat based on that moment when Jesus walked into the water to be baptised by his cousin John.
As Jesus came up from the water, he emerged to the sound of his Father’s voice speaking words of love and affirmation over him, and to the gentle fluttering of the Holy Spirit who descended on him in the form of a dove.
​The invitation to come deeper into God's river has been extended to us, where we too can have our own personal encounter with Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit.

Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Wellwick House, the RIVER retreat creates an environment where you can encounter the resurrection life of Jesus, the limitless love of your Heavenly Father and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
With only 60 to 90 minutes of teaching each day, there is plenty of time and space for worship, soaking in God’s presence, eating, drinking, laughing, receiving prayer ministry, walking in the grounds and relaxing by the pool.

The RIVER retreat is facilitated by Phil Hulks, and has come out of his own personal encounter with Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit over the last 20 years.
Phil is part of the Amor Europe Hub Team and has written the daily devotions we use in our overseas training. Phil believes that mission at its best, is when it is an overspill of what God has done in us.
